ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrive in Tanzania via Kilimanjaro airport

When you arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, meet a driver guide who will take you to Arusha town. The drive will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive, you will check in at the hotel, have some rest, and spend the night here.

Day 2: Game drives in Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at the hotel, meet with the driver guide who will be accompanying you on the safari. Subsequently, depart from the hotel at 8 a.m. for Tarangire National Park, driving for about 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach the main entrance of Tarangire.

Tarangire National Park is renowned for its large elephant population and baobab trees. Additionally, proceed with an exciting game drive, exploring the park's diverse wildlife, including lions, zebras, giraffes, and numerous bird species.

In the afternoon, make a stop at the picnic area for lunch. Following lunch, continue with the game drive until the evening, when your driver will take you to your accommodation in the Tarangire area.

Day 3: Tarangire - Serengeti National Park

Early breakfast at the lodge, then depart at 8:00 a.m. to Serengeti. During the journey, enjoy a game drive en route to Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is the largest and most famous park in Tanzania, known worldwide for its endless plains, wildebeest migration, herds of lions, and other predators like hyenas, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as hippos, giraffes, antelopes, and gazelles. Pause at the picnic site in Serengeti for lunch, and thereafter drive to the center of Serengeti. You will have dinner and spend the night in the heart of Serengeti.

Day 4: Half Day Game Drive Serengeti Park - Karatu Town

Today, wake up early to enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti. Then, after lunch, you will be driven to Karatu, a quiet town near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, for your overnight stay.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater / Arusha

Soon after breakfast, at 8 a.m., depart from the lodge for Ngorongoro Crater, which takes about an hour's drive to reach the main entrance gate. Subsequently, after registration, drive into the crater rim, where you will reach the descending gate. The crater is over 20 kilometers wide and approximately 600 meters deep. Ngorongoro Crater is famous for the presence of the Big Five: buffalos, black rhinos, elephants, lions, and leopards. Moreover, it also contains many other animals, such as cheetahs, zebras, hippos, serval cats, hyenas, and wildebeests. During the game drives, the guide will take you to a picnic site for lunch. In the late evening, drive back to Arusha or drop off at Kilimanjaro airport.
