Get up early today to have your delicious breakfast. Then, drive directly to Serengeti National Park, covering about 7 to 8 hours and bypassing Ngorongoro Crater. If weather permits, you will make a photo stop to capture a panoramic picture of the Crater, which covers 260 square kilometers. Furthermore, Serengeti is the oldest park in Tanzania and boasts the most complex ecosystem on earth. The flora and fauna remain almost the same as they were hundreds of centuries ago.
There is so much to see and keep you occupied in Serengeti National Park. One of the best places to spot large predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas is Seronera Valley. Additionally, you can also see elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and many other species on any given day.

After breakfast, drive to the wildebeest migration destination in the northern Serengeti. Moreover, capture the wildebeest migration through guided game drives. You can find the herds around the Mara River. Furthermore, steep river banks, hungry crocodiles, and fast-flowing rivers make this river crossing extremely dangerous for the herds. As a result, witness the epic battle of life and death between predator and prey. The sights are not only spectacular but also impressive and dramatic

After breakfast, you can enjoy a full-day game drive in the northern part of Serengeti. Furthermore, the area around Lobo and the Grumeti River has good resident game throughout the year. In addition, non-migrating game like elephant, buffalo, gazelle, zebra, lion, leopard, and cheetah can be seen here all year round. The game viewing is very good, and you can follow the game for long periods without seeing other vehicles—truly one of the forgotten corners of the Serengeti Plains. Additionally, magnificent riverine trees can be found along the river lines, and bird life such as kingfishers and fish eagles can be found here.
If you wish, take an optional hot balloon safari over the vast plains (at extra costs). Overlooking the wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles from above would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Descend into the crater floor for a day of game drives. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the biggest intact craters in the world and one of the most spectacular sights in all of Africa. Additionally, all the big 5, including rhinoceros, lions, leopards, buffalo, and elephants, live in this glorious caldera; others such as zebras, hippos, wildebeests, and hyenas can be found here as well. Birds, including flamingos on Soda Lake, geese, storks, vultures, and various other bird families, are easily noticeable. The park runs alongside the Tarangire River and is primarily composed of low-lying hills on the expansive valley floor. Moreover, its natural vegetation mainly consists of tree ground and large African baobab trees, with extensive swamp areas in the south. Additionally, both the river and the swamps act like magnets for wild animals during the dry season. Furthermore, Tarangire Park is well-known for containing some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This African park is also home to a few rare species of animals, including the greater kudu, the fringed-eared oryx, and some exceptional starlings.
In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha or drop off at Kilimanjaro International Airport.
